Doreen Lyon is an enthusiastic home cook and the 1970 Maple Queen of Vermont. She is an avid collector of cookbooks and recipes. After a full year cooking, baking, photographing, and proofreading her favorite family recipes, she published Recipes from a Maple Queen, which has sold over 5,000 copies to date. Doreen is a life-long resident of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.
